For the past four years Gloria Brown has been a realtor in the Washington Metropolitan area.  She is licensed in the District of Columbia, Maryland and Virginia which allows her to serve her clients in a multitude of areas.   Gloria’s main job is to guide her clients through the real estate process which includes coordinating with other real estate agents, lenders, appraisers, home inspectors and settlement companies to ensure the transaction goes through smoothly. 

Her comprehensive knowledge of the DC metro area and the real estate market allows her to serve  as an expert guide in finding the  ideal location and  the perfect property for each client.  Her goal is to provide the highest level of service, whether you are buying your first home, selling, relocating, renting or investing in real estate.  Her thorough knowledge of the District of Columbia and Maryland Homebuyer’s Assistance Programs will help when assisting first-time home buyers with down payments and closing cost (if qualified).

Before entering the real estate industry, Gloria worked as a Senior Contract Specialist for the Federal Government negotiating multi-million dollar acquisitions for more than ten years. Gloria’s formal education in Business Marketing from the University of Maryland University College prepared her for the business world.   Gloria is dedicated to honest reliable services and will work diligently on your behalf in assisting clients with their journey to home ownership or selling their property.
